1) FULL PAYMENT have to be completed within 3 days upon receipt of our payment request or order confirmation notice. In the case of delay in payment, please contact us in advance. Otherwise, Aiwish Store will cancel the order without prior notice.
2) Some of the products are Pre-Order products.Wait patiently about two-three weeks after the specific pre-order batch is ended, you will receive your item.
3) Aiwish Store will only send out the product after full payment has been credited into our bank account. Since the Cash Deposit Machine stop accept RM1 and RM5, you can pay extra, e.g.: Total balance RM43.00, you may pay RM50.00, the remain RM7.00 will be send along with the product.
4) All photographs of the item are taken at close proximity, there might be slight differences in color.
5) All products sold are not exchangeable /returnable or refundable in any circumstances.
6) If the delivery has suffered any damage, accident or is lost. Aiwish Store is not to be held responsible. Please contact delivery company directly. Aiwish Store will try our best to help you.
7) Once Aiwish Store sends out the product, Aiwish Store will give you the tracking code to you. By using this tracking number, you can check the delivery status online at any time through the delivery company's website.
8) Most of our product price does not include the shipping fee; the buyer must pay for the shipping fee.
9) Aiwish Store will double check all the products before sending out for delivery. If Aiwish Store any damage of the product is found, Aiwish Store will hold the product and inform our customers. At the same time, our company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund to the customer in full in the unlikely even that damage to the product is found.
10) Aiwish Store reserves the right to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
